Do we offer refunds?
All sales are final, there are absolutely no refunds.
Damages or issue -Please contact us regarding product or order damages. If you need further assistance, please check the company’s website or contact their customer service directly.
Please inspect your order upon arrival, if there is a defect, damage or wrong order contact us immediately. For damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
When will we ship your order?
Processing times -Orders will be shipped out 1-3 days after order is received. Do you offer pickup service?
US Shipping:
Standard Orders placed under standard shipping will be received 3-4 business days through (USPS) United State Postal Services.
Expedite Orders placed under express shipping will be received in 1-2 business days through (USPS) United State Postal Services.
International Orders Economy shipping will be received in 6-18 business days through (USPS) United State Postal Services.
Lost Orders: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is scheduled to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. Packages reads as "Delivered" according to USPS tracking will not be re-shipped. Please contact USPS for any updates on your package and/or put a claim in. Missing packages are not trackable beyond 14 days after delivery date.
Return To Sender Deliveries: We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. This can happen if:
(1) An address is invalid or missing information
(2) The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
(3) The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery or not picked up by the customer from the postal office.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages must be claimed within 2 days to be resent back out. You must repay for shipping ($8) standard or ($17) express. If you do not want your order reshipped, then it will result in store credit excluding the shipping cost.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
