Refund Policy

All sales are final. NyLashCo does not offer refunds under any circumstances.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at our customer service email.

All damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If you need further assistance, please visit our website or contact customer support.


Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after being received.


US Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days via USPS.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days via USPS.

International Shipping

Economy Shipping: 6–18 business days via USPS.


Lost or Stolen Packages

NyLashCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please track your package and be available at the time of delivery. Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the shipment.

For any updates or claims regarding your package, please contact USPS directly. Lost or missing packages are not trackable after 14 days from the delivery date.


Return to Sender Deliveries

NyLashCo is not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your return tracking number or proof of postage when shipping back returns. Packages may be returned to sender due to the following:

  • Invalid or incomplete address
  • Carrier was unable to deliver the package
  • Customer refused the package or failed to pick it up from the post office

Returned or refused packages must be claimed within 2 days to be resent. Customers must repay shipping fees as follows:

  • $8 for standard shipping
  • $17 for express shipping

If you do not want the order reshipped, store credit will be issued (excluding the original shipping cost).

We do not take responsibility for misplaced, lost, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to an incorrect address entered at the time of purchase.
